Rates:

• $235.00 per hour for any ongoing service

• $775.00 for the first hour of any deposition or court appearance

• $500.00 non-refundable retainer fee – should be included with the letter of engagement.

• $235.00 for any portion of each subsequent hour, plus travel, parking and any other expenses related to the case.
